This weeks Sounds of the Caribbean kicks off in a roots style with music from Earth & Stone, The Twinkle Brothers, Bunny Wailer, Steel Pulse, Midnite, Max Romeo, and Culture. Also in the early mix are Deejays Clint Eastwood, Big Joe, and Jah Stitch. This week Keith interviews Queen Ifrica. Queen Ifrica and Keith discuss the background of the hit songs from her latest cd entitled Montego Bay on VP records. You will also hear Queen Ifrica talk about the latest issues and concerns she has in her home island of Jamaica as well as her plans for her tour, to support the Montego Bay Cd. Also this week you will hear new music from Pressure, Courtney John, Million Stylez, Queen Omega, and Natural Black. On the dance hall tip you will hear the new Triple Bounce Riddim as well as the Brain Storm Riddim featuring Cecile, Cutty Ranks, and Voicemail.
